Changes & Cancellations
We know that sometimes you may need to make changes to or cancel your booking, so here's our policy.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, the following applies (please note, all admin fees quoted are per pass/person):

Name changes can made up to 9am on the day of your booking, there is a £5 admin fee for this. Don’t forget, the new rider (or their parent/guardian) has to complete the Rider Pledge.

No date changes can be made less than 48 hours before the start of your booking and no refund will be given. There will be an admin fee of £10 if changed between 6 days and 48 hours before the start of your booking and a £5 admin fee if changed more than 7 days before the start of your booking.

You can cancel at any time, however you will not be given a refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the start your booking. There will be a £10 admin fee, deducted from the refund for cancellations requested between 48 hours and 7 days before the start of your booking and £5 admin fee for refunds requested more than 8 days before the start your booking.
Refunds will be issued by the method of payment used, within 7 days from the date we confirm the cancellation.
There may be times when, beyond our control, Hafod Trails needs to close. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer to re-arrange your booking within 12 months, subject to availability, there’ll be no charge for this. You can also request a full refund for which there will be no administration fee. Details of closures will also go on our website and social media channels, so check these before you start your journey to Hafod Trails. We are not liable for any costs you incur because of a site closure.
