You are responsible for loading your bicycle onto the trailer securely, but Hafod Trails staff are there to help. Here are a few simple rules when using the uplift.
-
Stay sat down whilst the vehicle is moving.
-
Do not smoke or vape on the vehicle or in the uplift queue.
-
Please don’t damage or deface any part of the vehicle.
-
Tell a member of staff straight away if you get hurt whilst boarding, travelling on or getting off a vehicle.

No cycling on the uplift track.
E-bikes are welcome at Hafod Trails, but they must be classed as an EAPC (electrically assisted pedal cycle) and the motor should not propel the bike beyond 15.5mph.

You are responsible for all equipment and personal property you bring to Hafod Trails. Let us know if you lose something and if it’s found, we will keep it for you for up to 30 days, after which time it may be destroyed or discarded. Whilst we are happy to help, we are not responsible for finding your lost property nor for any losses incurred. We take no responsibility for any items left unattended at our premises. We are not responsible for any damage to equipment or personal property, including your bicycle on the uplift trailer.

You can take photographs or videos on our premises but you must do it safely, without putting yourself or others in danger. Don’t forget to tag us in your socials!

If a rider is hurt, do not move them. Inform Hafod Trails staff as soon as possible. Call the number on your wristband or send for help – you’ll find staff members in the uplift vehicles and around the catering provision in the car park. Try not to leave the injured rider alone. Call 999 or 112 in an emergency and let staff know so we can liaise with emergency services.

Take all rubbish home or put it in the bins provided.

The Rider Pledge and Terms & Conditions form the site rules at Hafod Trails, if you don't follow these rules, we may end your session with us.
